Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead and drive operational excellence across our network of clinics.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinic operations, driving efficiency, profitability, and scalability, while ensuring high standards in service delivery and patient care across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multisite clinic operations and expansion
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue growth
• Oversee provider network management and partnerships
• Ensure compliance, quality standards, and service excellence
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall P&L performance
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree required – MBA, MPH, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare/wellness operations, with leadership experience
• Strong background in managing multisite healthcare or clinic operations
• Proven experience in business growth, operations management, and team leadership
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
