Founding Engineer (Contract)

• Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend
• Own the technical roadmap from research and prototyping to production
• Design and build core systems for live market creation and pricing
• Make key architecture decisions, balancing speed, reliability, cost and scale
• Build quickly, test ideas early and strengthen what works after validation
• Work with the GM to shape the product experience, not just tech

???? Requirements

• Experience building and shipping production systems in early-stage environments
• Proven ability to design systems where speed and reliability matter
• Strong Python and TypeScript experience
• Familiarity with blockchain products or on-chain systems
• Good product judgement and ability to connect technical decisions to outcomes
• Familiar with Solidity and EVM-based development, including smart contracts
