About the Role

• This is an early-career opportunity designed to develop our future treasury and finance leaders — offering structured learning, mentorship, and broad exposure across the finance function, with a clear path toward Treasury Manager and Finance Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting and analysis activities.
• Participate in structured on-the-job learning and development programmes.
• Analyse financial data and prepare management reports.
• Support financial controls and compliance initiatives.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Participate in treasury and cash management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• ICAN qualified (ACA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow.
• 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
