Job Overview

• We are seeking a vibrant, persuasive, and target-driven Female Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating leads, engaging customers directly in the field, and driving sales growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities
• Conduct product presentations and provide accurate product information
• Prepare daily and weekly field activity reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
• Promote company products and services through direct field marketing and sales activities
• Identify, approach, and convert prospective customers
• Maintain a professional brand image while representing the company
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements

• Age range: 20 – 30 years preferred
• Smart, confident, and presentable personality
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to work in a field/outdoor sales environment
• Female candidates only
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or similar roles is an advantage
• Minimum of OND qualification or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
