Job Summary

• The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting operational efficiency.
• The Field Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment and systems across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients or end-users where necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report technical issues to supervisors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment and technical systems at assigned locations.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of all technical activities.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Willingness to travel frequently between assigned locations.
• Proven experience as a technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
