We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Bike Rider)

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

  • The role focuses on customer acquisition, order generation, product delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Responsible for driving sales and product distribution within assigned routes using a bike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect payments where applicable and ensure proper reconciliation
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Deliver products promptly and ensure proper documentation of deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer feedback
  • Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers
  • Identify new sales opportunities within assigned routes
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Visit customers and outlets within assigned territories using a bike
  • Generate and process customer orders accurately
  • Report daily activities, challenges, and market insights to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Minimum of an SSCE / OND (or equivalent)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
  • Previous experience in sales, distribution, or field marketing is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Ability to ride a bike with a valid rider’s permit (where required)

Salary
N140,000 monthly + Commission if applicable].
