Job Summary

• As the Field Retention Agent, you will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned Building Material Retail Outlets (BMROs), conducting field verification activities, and ensuring customer retention and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners and managers
• Verify outlet records, stock levels, deliveries, sales, and operational activities to ensure accuracy
• Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of operational issues affecting outlet performance.
• Capture and submit accurate field reports and evidence using the company’s mobile application

Requirements

• Must possess a reliable means of transportation and good knowledge of the assigned territory
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field operations, field verification, relationship management, FMCG distribution, or a similar field-based role
• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for field reporting
• Experience in cement, building materials, retail distribution, or related industries is an added advantage.
