Job Summary

• We are looking for proactive and target-driven Field Credit Officers to join our team across the listed locations
• . The successful candidates will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan recovery, client relationship management, and ensuring timely repayment of loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Prepare accurate reports on customer activities and loan repayments.
• Monitor loan utilization and repayment schedules.
• Conduct customer verification and field assessments.
• Follow up on overdue payments and ensure prompt recovery.
• Identify and onboard eligible customers for loan products.
• Educate customers on company policies and repayment processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned territories.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Previous experience in credit, loan recovery, field sales, or microfinance is an added advantage.
• Must be resident within or close to the preferred location.
