Female Operations Associate

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Operations Associate

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time
Work Structure: On-site
Job Schedule: Mon to Fri: 9am- 6pm; Sat: 10am-5:30pm

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations across stores and head office
• Coordinate procurement of office supplies
• Monitor CCTV systems and report operational concerns
• Follow up on maintenance issues and facility management
• Manage vendors and service providers, etc.
• Manage operational documentation, records, and inventory

Key Requirements

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in Operations, Administration, Facility Management, or a related role
• Experience coordinating vendors and operational activities.
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Must be highly organized and proactive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
