Job Title: Examination Proctor / Supervisor (Ad-hoc Staff)

Locations: Kubwa - Abuja; Lagos Island - Lagos; Sokoto; Gusau; Kano; Birnin-Kebbi, Zuru - Kebbi; Funtua - Katsina; Kubau LGA - Kaduna; Maiduguri, Biu - Borno, Taraba; Makurdi, Gboko - Benue; New-Bussa, Suleja, Bidda - Niger; Lafiya, Keffi -Nasarawa; Ekiti; Jos - Plateau; Adamawa; Damaturu - Yobe; Gombe; Dutse, Kazaure -Jigawa; Benin-City - Edo; Ibadan - Oyo; Lokoja - Kogi; Ilorin - Kwara; Asaba - Delta; Ebony; Enugu; Anambra; and Rivers

Training: 13th July 2026 – 26th July 2026
Exam Period: 27th July 2026 to 9th August 2026

Job Details

• We are seeking qualified and experienced individuals to apply for Ad-Hoc Examination Proctors/Supervisors across some of it’s exam centres in the following cities/town;
• Training: 13th July 2026 – 26th July 2026
• Exam Period: 27th July 2026 to 9th August 2026
• The ad-hoc job is a one-off temporary assignment for the upcoming examination period only.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring CBT exams
• Assisting in the distribution and collection of exam materials.
• Submit reports on exam conduct.
• Ensuring strict adherence to examination rules and guidelines.
• Supervising and monitoring the conduct of examinations to prevent malpractice.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of Master's Degree from a recognized institution and relevant technical experience.
• Prior experience in examination supervision/proctoring in a tertiary institution.
• High level of integrity and attention to duty.
• Strong computer and web operating skills.
• Must be resident in afore listed cities/towns.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
