We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Officer (NYSC)

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose / Objectives

  • We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and result-driven individual who is willing to learn and grow in this field to join our Facilities/Estate Mgt team.
  • As an Estate Officer, you will support the management and maintenance of company properties, office facilities, and estate operations to ensure efficient day-to-day functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and service providers on facility-related activities.
  • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and general environmental standards within the facility.
  • Assist in preparing reports, inventories, and operational updates.
  • Support facility inspections and report maintenance issues for prompt resolution.
  • Support rent, utility, and property administration processes where applicable.
  • Assist in managing office space allocation and estate records/documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining office buildings, facilities, and company properties.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of facility or property management principles.
  • Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
