• 3+ years building real-time solutions; 1-2+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on with Go or Java or similar languages.
• Experience with WMS/OMS/TMS or DC software.
• Strong mentoring, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
• Proven track record delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Experience refining dev processes to boost efficiency.
