Job Summary

• We are seeking for a Dual Qualified Nurse (RGN+RMHN) to join our integrated care team.
• You will manage a caseload of patients with co-occurring physical and mental health conditions in setting eg psychiatry, community rehab, or A&E)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on care planning for conditions such as diabetes with depression, or COPD with anxiety disorder.
• Conduct holistic assessments covering both physiological and psychological needs.
• Liaise between medical and psychiatric teams to reduce fragmented care.
• Administer medications (including psychotropics and IV therapies)
• Provide de -escalation and brief psychological interventions.

Requirements

• Venepuncture, cannulation, and ECG competency.
• Active NMC registrations in both Adult Nursing and Mental Health Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years post qualifying experience (dual registrations preferred)
• Experience with electronic patient records (EPR).
