• Partner across Sales, CS, and Support to identify high-value accounts.

• 10+ years in technical support, solution architecture, or TAM.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-facing technical teams.
• Solutions-architect mindset translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience in platform or integration-heavy SaaS with architectural guidance.
• Fluency in AI architecture concepts: agent frameworks, MCP connectivity, automation.
• Strategic leader with ability to build scalable frameworks and develop others.
