• Take full accountability for month-end close across loan accounting.
• Deliver clear close-status reporting to the Controller with solutions.
• Oversee loan origination, servicing, and sales accounting with accuracy.
• Design scalable accounting frameworks and policies for growth.
• Partner with Technical Accounting on audit-ready policies.
• Lead and grow a high-performing accounting team.

???? Requirements

• 10+ years progressive accounting; 5+ years in people mgmt.
• Deep GAAP financial reporting, loan accounting, reconciliation.
• Experience designing and improving accounting systems/workflows.
• Strong analytical skills for large-data reconciliations.
• SOX compliance in public or pre-IPO environments.
• Exposure to digital assets, crypto or blockchain preferred.
