We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relationship / Front Desk Officer

Location: Abuja

Role Summary

  • First point of contact; deliver excellent client service, manage front- desk operations and basic transactions while ensuring KYC/AML compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client onboarding and verify documentation.
  • Greet clients, manage reception, calls and appointment scheduling.
  • Update CRM and maintain accurate client records.
  • Refer sales opportunities to Relationship Managers; handle complaints/escalations.
  • Process basic cash and account transactions; reconcile daily.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with core banking systems, CRM and MS Office.
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s in Business / Finance or related fields
  • Strong communication, numeracy, attention to detail and integrity.
  • 1–3 years in front office / teller role (financial services preferred).
