The thought of creating Terawork came to our founder in 2015 after an unpleasant experience where he engaged and worked remotely with an unknown person he met online to help complete a tech project. While it is clear he needed help from an expert for a few days, he didn’t get one. What contributed to the bad experience include lack of online platforms within the region with an end-to-end process for employing remote manpower in a flexible and safe manner.

In response, he created a process he uses repeatedly to find and engage, on on-demand basis, independent workers for his tasks. Unlike before, the process enables both himself and his independent worker trust working remotely with each other. He decided to build the process into a technology for a lot of people to benefit from.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, generating leads, and improving conversion rates through innovative digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, and performance marketing strategies.
  • We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise the organisation’s digital marketing activities across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing projects.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms to improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor and optimise website performance, SEO rankings, and user experience.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital platforms and campaigns.
  • Create, manage, and optimise digital content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven knowledge of SEO, SEM, website optimisation, and WordPress management.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or related certifications, are highly preferred.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and similar digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, SEO, and Paid Advertising.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
