  • Own DroneDeploy Academy for HV/Scaled: paths, certs, courses.
  • Build scalable enablement assets: scripts, videos, ROI templates, playbooks.
  • Run webinars, office hours, and workshops; reuse recordings for self-serve.
  • Partner with Renewals to standardize health checks, QBR/EBR narratives, expansion plays.
  • Develop product/workflow expertise across UAV/Automation/AI; update enablement content.
  • Use CRM/LMS/CMS, analytics, and AI insights to prioritize scaled programs.

???? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, or equivalent B2B SaaS experience.
  • 3+ years in Solutions Eng, CSE, Sales Enablement, or similar roles.
  • Experience designing/hosting scaled enablement or Academy programs (curriculum, content, launch, measurement).
  • Map use cases to product capabilities; design simple demos and playbooks.
  • Strong written/verbal comms; presenting to field users, GTM teams, execs.
  • Experience with CRM, LMS/CMS, analytics, and collaboration tools in SaaS.
