Job Title: Customer Care Team Lead
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Mode: On-site
Experience: 3–7 Years
Salary: ?250,000 – ?300,000 Monthly

Job Summary:
The Customer Care Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, resolving escalated issues, improving service delivery processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction goals are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Customer Care Representatives
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution within 24 hours
  • Monitor customer orders and coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery
  • Improve customer experience processes and service standards
  • Track customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Ensure team performance targets and customer satisfaction goals are achieved
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and resolutions

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of customer service or customer experience management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in fashion, retail, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage
