Job Summary

• The organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership, optimize capital allocation, support investment decisions, and drive sustainable business growth across its diverse portfolio.
• Are you a strategic finance professional with a passion for investment analysis, capital planning, financial modelling, and driving business growth?

Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for investments, acquisitions, and capital projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business valuations, and investment appraisals.
• Drive financial performance analysis, risk management, governance, and compliance.
• Provide commercial insights to support executive decision-making and business expansion.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans.
• Support fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and capital management.
• Lead corporate finance strategy, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, Private Equity, Commercial Finance, or FP&A.
• MBA or Master's Degree in Finance is an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, capital raising, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or a related professional qualification is highly preferred.
