• Lead onboarding and enablement for clinical users; train and drive adoption.
• Build relationships with clinicians, ops leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Gather user feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design to fit real-world workflows.
• Track usage, adoption trends, and outcomes to measure impact.
• Support GTM demos and client discussions around AI in clinical settings.

???? Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical experience (MD/DO/NP/PA) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Epic and clinical workflows with integration points.
• Experience with AI tools in a clinical setting.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools in healthcare.
• Experience cross-functionally in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication with frontline clinicians and senior leadership.
