Job Title: Clinical Embryologist

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ICSI independently and should be able to do embryo biopsy.
• Oocyte handling, fertilization, embryo culture & grading
• Vitrification and warming (embryos ± oocytes)
• Maintain lab QC (temperature, CO?, pH logs)
• Develop SOPs and train junior staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards

Requirements

• B.Sc in MLS/Biology/Microbiology/Biochemistry
• Formal training in Clinical Embryology
• Minimum 3 years hands-on IVF lab experience
• Proven ability to perform ICSI independently
• Experience with vitrification and embryo culture

Preferred:

• Blastocyst culture experience
• Assisted hatching
• Exposure to time-lapse systems.
