They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Purpose

  • The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, organized, and safe working environment by carrying out routine cleaning and sanitation activities across office spaces, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned facilities. The role ensures that all company premises consistently reflect a professional image while promoting the health, safety, and comfort of employees and visitors.
  • As part of its commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment across its business locations, the company is seeking a diligent, reliable, and detail-oriented Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of office premises and other assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Housekeeping:

  • Dust and clean furniture, desks, shelves, windows, doors, and office equipment.
  • Replenish consumables such as tissue paper, hand soap, sanitizers, and air fresheners.
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, washrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors daily.
  • Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before scheduled meetings.

Facility Maintenance:

  • Monitor cleanliness standards throughout the premises.
  • Store cleaning chemicals safely according to health and safety standards.
  • Report maintenance issues such as leaking taps, faulty lighting, broken furniture, or damaged equipment.
  • Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained after use.

Hygiene & Safety:

  • Prevent health hazards by maintaining high sanitation standards.
  • Follow approved cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Use cleaning chemicals responsibly and wear appropriate protective equipment.
  • Ensure walkways and work areas remain free from hazards.

Support Services:

  • Support office events by maintaining cleanliness before, during, and after events.
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms when required.
  • Perform any other cleaning-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Qualification

  • Additional housekeeping or cleaning certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of SSCE (WAEC/NECO/GCE).

Experience:

  • Experience in a corporate office, retail environment, or commercial facility is an advantage.
  • 1–3years’ experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or Office Assistant.

Technical Skills:

  • Safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment.
  • Good understanding of workplace hygiene standards.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and sanitation practices.

Remuneration
N40,000 monthly net pay.
