  • Our Management Trainee Program is designed for ambitious, result-oriented graduates who aspire to build a successful career in sales, business development, and retail banking.
  • Successful candidates will be trained and deployed as Direct Sales Specialists, responsible for acquiring customers, promoting financial products, and driving business growth across designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and customer engagement.
  • Participate in continuous learning, coaching sessions, and management development programs.
  • Educate customers on available products and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers through direct marketing and field sales activities.
  • Promote and sell the organization's financial products and services.
  • Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) or HND (minimum of Lower Credit) in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of work experience (sales experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is mandatory.
