We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Business Development (Fintech)
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by ensuringtargets are met.
- Mobilize new customers and grow assigned territories.
- Conduct consistent follow-up on clients to ensure low default rate.
- Meet and exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and repayment schedules
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships within assigned communities
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales, Field Marketing, or Direct Sales (fintech experience is an advantage)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with proven sales performance record
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
Benefits
- Salary: N150,000 monthly.
- Performance Bonus: Up to 150,000 Monthly.
