About the Role

We are seeking a young, dynamic Business Development Director for the firm, which will launch in August 2026.
By leveraging the intellectual capital of the parent company’s 40 highly respected international academic journals in diverse fields - from the social and natural sciences, arts and humanities, engineering and technology to the medical sciences - the firm will offer data-driven consultancy services across Africa and global markets.

Key Requirements

Education: Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Traits: Young, dynamic, and highly driven to achieve results.
Experience: At least three years as an academic researcher, at least mid-level staff in a major corporation or consultant to major organisations.

Compensation
Remuneration: Negotiable and commensurate with experience and KPI delivery.
