Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office operations
• Prepare, update, and manage official records and correspondence
• Ensure submission of reports and documentation
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and evets.
• Assist with staff attendance records
• Maintain updated staff & student files.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
• Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
• Assist in coordinating office activities and operations.
• Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Support HR and management with documentation and staff records.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or training.
• Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a B.Sc, B.Ed, or HND, in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or other related fields from reputable institutions.
• Must possess at least 2 years of cognate experience working as an administrator/ marketer.
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
