We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • The Administrative Officer will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the real estate firm, supervising support staff, managing office and property-related logistics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and real estate regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales and property management teams with administrative follow-up.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients regarding documentation and processes.
  • Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and task assignments.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  • Supervise staff and assistants to ensure accountability and productivity.
  • Maintain proper records of property documents, contracts, and client files
  • Manage vehicle scheduling, dispatch, and property inspection logistics.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or regulatory bodies.

Experience

  • 2–4 years' experience in an administrative or office management role; experience in real estate is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.

Benefits
Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
