What You Will Support
- You will support the heart of our community. You will help grow and nurture our WhatsApp Community and ensure every member feels seen, heard, and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Support growth and nurturing of WhatsApp Community
- Support bi-weekly fireside chats
- Respond to member messages with warmth and care
- Welcome new members individually
- Capture member testimonials and success stories
- Support retention campaigns
- Track community engagement and feedback
What You Bring
- Warm, approachable, and empathetic personality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for women's health and community building
- Self-directed, proactive, and organized
- Comfortable hosting conversations and moderating discussions
- Experience with WhatsApp or Telegram communities is a plus
