• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot issues across network, server, workstation, and cloud systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT availability
• Create documentation for provisioning and troubleshooting customer tech
• Provide end-user technical support, including remote assistance
• On-site support 2-3 days per week

• 3+ years of professional IT experience
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs
• Windows Server, Active Directory, and Google Workspace
• Experience with Windows OS and hardware
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
