Our oils are used as healthy cooking medium. Soybean meal and palm kernel de-oiled cake are used in premier poultry / animal feed.

The company's products have been duly certified by the appropriate regulatory agencies Such as the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) and National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA). We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sustainability Executive

Job Summary

  • The Sustainability Executive will support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s sustainability strategy with a strong focus on RSPO compliance, responsible sourcing, and ESG standards.
  • The role ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, certification standards, and best practices across operations and the supply chain.

Job Details

  • Stay updated on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collect, analyze, and report sustainability and ESG data (GHG, waste, water, sourcing).
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on sustainability matters.
  • Track sustainability KPIs and recommend improvement actions.
  • Support grievance management, risk assessments, and corrective action plans (CAPs).
  • Assist in employee awareness and training programs on sustainability initiatives.
  • Prepare internal and external sustainability reports and dashboards.
  • Support employee training and awareness on RSPO and sustainability standards.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of sustainability initiatives in line with Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) Principles & Criteria.
  • Coordinate RSPO certification, surveillance audits, and recertification processes.
  • Maintain RSPO documentation, traceability records, and supply chain models (IP, SG, MB).

Requirements

  • Bsc in Environmental or related field
  • Knowledge of RSPO standards and sustainability practices in palm plantations (advantageous).
  • Strong carbon accounting skills and emissions tracking capability.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Energy Efficiency, Palm Plantation, or ESG consulting.
  • Additional sustainability training, certifications, or related experience is an added advantage.
  • Experience in community relations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, IFC Performance Standards, GHG Protocol, CDP, TCFD, etc.
  • Very strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Salary Range
N400,000/month.
