• Write efficient, scalable code in Go, Python, Baseplate, GraphQL.
• Mentor engineers and lead discussions on ranking and personalization.

• 8+ years building large-scale distributed or ML systems.
• Proficient in Go, Python, C++, or OO language.
• Experience in cross-functional teams delivering user outcomes.
• Experience designing ML tooling: deployment, automation, experiments, monitoring.
• Design ML/ranking systems (recommendation, ads, feed).
• Strong organizational skills; prioritize and de-risk work.
• BS in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication across remote teams.
