Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Shortlet Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shortlet properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximum occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property maintenance and housekeeping.
• Manage daily property operations and guest relations.
• Prepare occupancy and performance reports.
• Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Optimize property listings across booking platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in shortlet or hospitality management.
• Experience using Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
