Job Summary

• As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, escalating complex matters where necessary to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, prepare service reports, and gather customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions while ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Build positive customer relationships while promoting the organization's products and services in line with established service standards.
• Process customer orders, reservations, and service requests accurately while coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM or customer service management systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the Culinary, Hospitality, Restaurant, or Food Service industry.
