• Collaborate with ML Engineers to build ML training pipelines for 3D data.
• Streamline the ML lifecycle from labeling to deployment, reducing technical debt.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native systems (GCP/Kubernetes) for 3D dental products.
• Write clean, maintainable code and tests that set internal standards.
• Partner with Engineering to influence long-term architectural goals and maintain a high-quality bar.

???? Requirements

• 5+ years as ML or Software Engineer, startup experience preferred.
• Proficient with ML platform components: feature stores, registries, and distributed training.
• Python ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow); 3D CV a plus.
• Deep expertise in large-scale data processing and ML data pipelines.
• Experience automating builds across environments (Buildkite).
• Strong metrics, logging, and tracing for distributed systems.
• Able to communicate architectural problems clearly and pragmatically.
