• 7+ years of experience, with at least 2+ in integrations.
• Strong background in data-heavy integrations.
• Hands-on Python and modern backend systems.
• Experience architecting or working on integrations platforms and large APIs.
• Curiosity tackling ambiguous high-stakes problems like low-code builders and LLM workflows.
• Pragmatic judgment on shipping vs foundational architecture.
