• Lead design projects for the Camera team using the CDH framework.
• Define success paths and tie design to business value.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on goals, metrics, and design execution.
• Communicate design decisions with rationale and solicit feedback.
• Raise the bar by bringing diverse perspectives and process experience.
• Mentor designers and contribute to the design system and accessibility.

???? Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Designer with 2+ shipped SaaS features.
• Strong mobile product design experience required.
• Experience designing for real-world device interactions (camera, hardware).
• High craft level and product judgment with measurable impact.
• Deep UX foundation; think in workflows, not just screens.
• Experience mentoring or influencing other designers.
