• 5+ years risk management experience at a bank or merchant acquirer
• 2+ years optimizing processes and scaling solutions
• Ability to represent Stripe on risk, compliance, and product issues with banking partners
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Proven stakeholder management across organizations and borders
