Revenue Operations Analyst (CRM & Data Systems)

• Own day-to-day HubSpot CRM administration; Dynamics as needed
• Manage data workflows across sales and marketing
• Operationalize targeting, enrichment, and external signals
• Maintain data models for leads, accounts, and contacts
• Build dashboards and reports for pipeline and attribution
• Ensure data quality and governance across revenue systems

???? Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, or related field
• Experience with HubSpot and/or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with data enrichment tools; Clay a plus
• Experience with lead routing, pipelines, and lifecycle management
• Familiarity with data governance and data integrity
• Strong dashboards and data analysis skills
