Job Summary

• The Retail & Distribution Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales revenue through our owned retail platforms (online and physical), third-party retail partners, and an extensive distribution channel comprising AV dealers, installers, cooperatives, real estate developers, and trade partners. The ideal candidate is a commercially astute, results-driven leader with a proven track record of delivering sales targets and building scalable multi-channel networks.
• The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory or client base, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and the ability to develop innovative solutions to client needs.
