Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Locations: North East, North West, North Central, South East, South South, and South West

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the energy, construction, or engineering sectors, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's solutions and services in the Eastern regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and close large-scale solar energy deals across Eastern Nigeria.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business strategy.
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with high-value clients, including businesses, distributors, developers, and government entities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Strategically grow the company’s solar market share in the southern regions.
  • Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Prepare high-quality sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for large projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must reside in Eastern Nigeria and be willing to travel extensively within the region.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing large-scale solar deals.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior sales roles within the solar energy sector.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong existing relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders in Eastern Nigeria.
  • Deep understanding of solar technologies, project economics, and the Nigerian energy market.
