Job Title: Project Administration & Operations Assistant (NYSC Corps Member)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, business operations, administration, and professional services within a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.
  • We are seeking a highly motivated, technology-driven, and detail-oriented NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Project Administration & Operations Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support across project and business functions, including:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Support project documentation, records management, and document control processes.
  • Maintain project trackers, action logs, and status reports.
  • Support procurement activities and vendor coordination.
  • Provide general office administration and operational support.
  • Support compliance documentation, record keeping, and organizational filing systems.
  • Assist in coordinating project-related communications and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with business development initiatives and social media administration.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, expense monitoring, and related administrative activities.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, Sangotedo, or nearby locations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.Technology-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional environment.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace.Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum Second Class Lower) in: Business Administration, Project Management, Estate Management, Accounting, Economics, Mass CommunicationOr related disciplines.
  • Currently serving NYSC Corps Member.

Added Advantage:

  • Candidates with knowledge or experience in any of the following will have an added advantage: CanvaZoho BooksTrello, ClickUp, Asana, or Microsoft ProjectAI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and other workplace automation platforms. Basic project coordination or administrative experience.
