Job Title: Principal

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

The Role

• The Principal will provide strategic leadership for the High School, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning, effective staff supervision, student discipline, curriculum implementation and efficient school administration, while advancing the School's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high academic standards and quality teaching.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and other stakeholders.
• Provide strategic leadership for the High School.
• Supervise and develop teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote discipline, innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Applicants should:

• Demonstrate proven leadership and administrative competence.
• Possess excellent communication, organisational and ICT skills.
• Be a person of integrity with a passion for educational excellence and child development.
• Hold a good first degree in Education or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Have at least 10 years' teaching experience, including 5 years in senior leadership in a reputable secondary school.
