We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lounge Manager

Main Function

Key Responsibilities

Establish par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business.
Brand promotion.
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Be familiar with all of 18 hours services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Responsibility for all beverage purchases, inventories and stock levels within the operation.
Any other assigned task by management.
Work with the event manager to Coordinate entertainment, ensuring correct vibe and appropriateness to clientèle.
Conduct pre-shift meeting with staff and review all information pertinent to the day's business.
Implementing service standards, managing inventory and supplies, maintaining the lounge's ambiance and presentation, resolving guest issues, and collaborating on marketing and sales initiatives to attract patronage.
Regularly check storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness.
Ensure various programs run that will attract people to lounge weekly.
Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labour forecasts. Adjust schedules throughout the week to meet the business demands.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Development and implementation of new international trends to set exceedingly expected standards within the industry
Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Review sales and beverage costs for previous day; resolve discrepancies with accounting. Track actual against budget.
Come up with a major program that is unique to the lounge on a monthly basis that will pull diverse crowd and increase visibility.
Ensure that staff report to work as scheduled.
