• Assist with cost/pricing, procedures, and compliance for international freight shipments.
• Prepare forwarding requests and analyze rates and routings for US/international shipments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate paperwork (invoices, packing lists) and timely docs.
• Maintain costs and profits by billing clients per agreed pricing.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery with internal/external parties and overseas partners.
• Develop procedures for transporting goods to warehouses or final destinations.

• Minimum 3 years in international logistics.
• Extensive experience with major carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and forwarders.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for complex situations.
• Proficiency with ERP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel.
• Outgoing, forward-thinking mindset with quick problem solving.
• Knowledge of customs, security, and import/export regulations.
