We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead Maintenance Executive

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience in machine maintenance.
• At least 3 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing company.
• HND or B.Sc. Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Proven ability to oversee maintenance operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Skilled in planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Capable of leading maintenance teams and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
• Experienced maintenance professional with a solid technical background.

Compensation

• Gross salary: N500,000 per month
• With the possibility of a higher offer depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capabilities.
