• 8+ years hands-on software/data/AI platform engineering, with senior roles
• Experience leading/mentoring a small engineering team
• Strong backend, APIs, data pipelines, or platform infra programming
• Experience building/operating orchestration across systems
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM-based systems and agent workflows
