• Supporting RBAC implementation and access reviews.
• Managing IT ticketing queue and first-line triage.
• Maintaining asset and inventory tracking across devices.
• Assisting with AI tool adoption and onboarding.
• Contributing to workflow automation across onboarding and offboarding.

???? Requirements

• Background in IT/CS/IS or related area via edu, self-teach, or career change.
• Basic IT fundamentals: hardware, software, user accounts, networking.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and ticketing systems.
• Exposure to scripting, automation, or IT admin tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with access management concepts or security basics a bonus.
• Soft skills: reliable, clear communicator, organized, curious.
