Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of expeller and extruder machines
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults including wear, vibration, overheating, and alignment issues
• Conduct routine inspections on bearings, shafts, gears, seals, and hydraulic systems
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Monitor machine performance and recommend mechanical improvements
• Handle dismantling and reassembly of machine components during overhauls
• Ensure proper lubrication and calibration of mechanical systems
• Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment meets operational demands
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Salary
N450,000 - N600,000 per month.
