Role Focus

• Support the growth and maintenance of our expanding workforce framework, from chefs to administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment pipeline, including coordinating interview schedules and drafting offer letters.
• Monitor staff compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining HR frameworks, onboarding, and personnel files.
• Assist with internal welfare tracking and team documentation.
